The readiness assessment
A structured session with your operational and IT leadership, backed by a review of your actual documents and systems. Five dimensions, scored.
You get a written report: your score on each dimension, what’s feasible today, what isn’t, the gap list, and a fully costed phased roadmap.
Fixed fee. One to two weeks. Credited in full against any delivery contract signed within 90 days.
You commit to the first phase only. We rescore at the end of every phase, so progress is measurable rather than promised.
